Ok, so anyone who has been following NAB for a while knows that I love trying out new recipes and when I came across a recipe for coffee pops, I just had to see what it was all about! There's something so great about coffee and chocolate and with summer upon us and the temperature going up...it's time to switch over to some cooler treats.
This recipe is so easy and luckily I already had Nescafé instant coffee in the cupboard from all the Dalgona Coffees I've been making this year. The only thing I had to do was pick up some popsicle molds, a bag of dark chocolate and a few Kit Kats for added crunch (and to make it instagram worthy, lol!).
Any instant coffee will work for this recipe, but Nescafé Gold is a premium coffee that will give the pops a richer coffee taste. After you try it, you might start replacing your afternoon java with one of these frozen treats! The original recipe I found didn't call for the chocolate shell and Kit Kat crunch, but I decided to take it up a notch....why not!
